Hello and Happy October!!
Holy Moly…how did that happen? It seems like it was just the beginning of summer. My grandma used to say that as I grew older, time would go by faster and faster…I believe that she was VERY right!
It’s been a busy couple of months full of all sorts of excitement …but I’m back today with another “tattered nest class kit to go”. My kits are like my tutorials, but with a more in-depth approach. They teach techniques that I love and include the detailed instructions and most of the supplies needed to create it. (the stick and moss are not included)
The Hallowed Watcher is a Halloween themed tombstone project. If you’ve followed me for a bit then you know my love for creating these mixed media tombstones. It was created using one of the new Mini Size Etcetera Tombstone Kits that was recently released from Tim Holtz and Stampers Anonymous. It features a retired Sizzix Ornate Owl and LOTS of Halloween idea-ology embellishments.
To complete the kit, use the supplies included in the kit then combine it with basic supplies that you already own. This kit is very limited in quantity and contains pre-stamped, pre-cut and handmade supplies plus it includes the in-depth instructions with high quality photos. You will not be disappointed!
This project measures 4.5″ x 8″…when it’s finished it can hang on a wall, be propped standing in a photo stand or on display on a Halloween themed mantle or centerpiece display. Plus, there’s still plenty of time to complete it before Halloween!
Here’s what’s included in the kit…
A Mini Etcetera Tombstone kit and Etcetera Trim pieces, the Sizzix Ornate Owl cut from Distress Watercolor Paper. Patterned paper from the French Industrial Paper Stash. Lots of idea-ology Halloween embellishments that include, a Creepy Eye, Ornate Metal Trim and corner pieces, Cameo Frame and insert, Owl Charm, skulls, pumpkins, and vials.
The kit also includes 5 full pages of color step-out photos plus 4 pages of written instructions listing all the specific steps to complete the kit. The instructions include a detailed listing of supplies I used, and those needed from your own stash to complete it (ie.- paint, distress ink, distress supplies, adhesives, stamp sets, etc.). The listing of supplies includes the specific colors and details of the supplies used, but it is meant only for reference…you can create the kit to your own preference with the supplies that you already have on hand. (p.s. the Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous stamp sets used are as follows, Ledger Script CMS241, Ornate Trimmings CMS326, Fragments CMS368 and the Hocus Pocus Layering Stencil, but again, this is only a reference, please substitute and use stamp sets that you already own.)
The cost of the kit is $65. which includes the shipping and handling fee. The kit will be mailed to you through USPS Priority Mail. (At this time I am only shipping within the U.S.) Payment for the kit can be paid through PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account, signup is easy and FREE, no fees are charged to you for using it. Paying through PayPal makes things safe for you and me. I simply need your email, mailing address and zip code to send you an invoice, then you will be able to pay with a debit or credit card. Once the invoice is sent, it needs to be paid within 24 hours of receiving it and then I will send out the kit ASAP!
It’s as easy as that!
If you are interested in a kit, simply email me with all of your information (email, your shipping address and zip code) at tatterednestdesigns@gmail.com and I will get the PayPal invoice sent.
Please feel free to email me with any questions…
and most of all, thank you so much for your creative support of me and my tutorials. ♥️
Creatively yours,
Stacy
