Hello there and Happy Wednesday!
Did you happen to catch Tim Holtz over on Facebook Live today?
Well, if you didn’t, have I got some news for you…
the Tim Holtz Sizzix Halloween Chapter 3 has been released, TODAY!!
(To see Tim’s Facebook Live you can click HERE)
I’m giving you a little sneak peek at a couple of the projects that I created for the release, and over the next couple weeks, I’ll be sharing all the little details here on my blog.
So, here’s my first little peek…
A light-up Haunted House vignette.
That little haunted house fit snuggly within a small idea-ology vignette box and the moon, tiny bats and gate from the Gate Keeper thinlet set, helped to set the little Halloween scene.
And what haunted house is complete without a creepy tree? A mossy stick found in my yard was added to complete the vignette.
Two sets of idea-ology tiny lights were used to light the moon and tiny cracked windows. Isn’t that little black cat cute peeking out the tiny window?
This project was created using the new Haunted House and the Gate Keeper Thinlet sets.
My next project was a Halloween invitation that features the new Skully and Spider Web thinlet sets.
Skully was my very first attempt at creating any of the Colorize thinlet sets and suffice it to say…I’m hooked!!
He is adorably spooky all grungy, spritzed and splattered with distress inks.
The little spider carrying Skully’s personal halloween invitation came from the new Spider Web thinlet set.
I love every single one of the new Halloween Chapter 3 release and look forward to creating, playing and sharing all sorts of Halloweenie makes using them!
Have a great day and keep an eye out for the tutorials.
Be sure to subscribe to my blog to get email alerts when I publish new tutorials!
Creatively yours,
